Dean Haynes, P.T.A.

Dean was born September 29, 1963 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He graduated from Meade County High School in 1981. Dean served in the Kentucky Army National Guard from 1988-1997. Upon discharge as a staff sergeant from the National Guard, Dean pursued a career in Physical Therapy. He graduated from Jefferson Community College in 2000 from the Physical Therapy Assistant's program. Dean has worked for Physical Therapy Associates, Inc. since 2001 in both home health and our outpatient clinics.

Dean currently resides in Brandenburg, KY with his wife, Lori, and their children Andrew and Alexandra.
