David Criscola, M.S.P.T., C.S.C.S.

David is a 1996 graduate from Central Hardin High School. Upon graduation David attended the University of Kentucky where he earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002. David also earned his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) in 2003. David's specialty electives consisted of Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital's Sensory Integration Camp for Children, Athletic Taping & Bracing, and Exercise Physiology.

David currently resides in Elizabethtown with his family.
